An appropriately staffed department directly impacts job satisfaction and retention rates, while positively impacting audits, compliance, and budget overages. Minimum staffing levels have been identified by the Accounting Alliance through team research and discussions. Beyond the minimum staffing levels, additional trigger points must be considered to assure adequate staffing levels for the needs of a specific project. This document presents a guide for determining whether a film or television show has adequate and appropriate staffing.
